What do I need to install?
A browser extension on your computer, in Chrome, Edge, Brave or Opera. It shows up inside the WhatsApp Web you already use. On your phone you install nothing, and what you organize on the computer shows up there: the labels are WhatsApp's own.
Does it work on WhatsApp Business?
It works on both, regular WhatsApp and Business, always through WhatsApp Web on the computer. The shortcut for quick messages is the semicolon on purpose, so it doesn't clash with Business Quick replies, which use the slash.
If I don't create an account, where do my quick messages live?
On your computer, inside the browser. You can use it that way for as long as you want. If you ever create an account, Hotzapp asks whether you want to bring along what you've already made, and shows how many notes, quick messages and reminders there are.
Does the free plan run out after a while?
No. The free plan is permanent, with no time limit and no card. It has a daily limit, and Pro removes that limit.
What if my computer is off at the time I set?
The message only goes out with the browser open, and nothing is lost: it becomes a reminder at the top of the list, and goes out in one click when you open the browser.
What if the customer replies before the time I set?
The scheduled message doesn't go out, and Hotzapp lets you know. That way nobody gets a "did you get a chance to look at the quote?" two hours after they already replied. It comes switched on, and you switch it off when you schedule, if you want.
Is it safe to use?
The message goes out from your own WhatsApp, one chat at a time, as if you sent it by hand. What WhatsApp can penalize is messaging people who didn't ask for it, and sending so many messages that people start blocking you and reporting you as spam. Those are WhatsApp's own rules.
What if it stops working?
The extension updates itself through the Chrome Web Store, so fixes and new features arrive without you doing anything. If you need help, support answers by email, and by WhatsApp on Pro.
