Born in 2017 with one mission: help local businesses stop losing sales on WhatsApp.
Our Story
WhatsApp became the main sales channel in Brazil, but no tool could organize what was happening inside those conversations. Leads disappeared in chats, follow-ups were forgotten, and managers had no way to know if the team was performing well.
We decided to fix this by building a CRM that lives inside WhatsApp Web itself. No tab-switching, no manual data entry. Hotzapp captures everything automatically while you sell.
Since then, we've helped hundreds of Brazilian businesses, from clinics and real estate agencies to marketing firms, organize their customer service and convert more.
